Sponsorship Policy ("Policy") establishes the terms and conditions under which Stoke Mandeville FC handles sponsorship cancellations and the non-refundability of sponsorship fees. By entering into a sponsorship agreement with Stoke Mandeville FC, the Sponsor agrees to adhere to this Policy.

II. No Refund Policy

General Principle: All sponsorship fees paid to Stoke Mandeville FC are non-refundable under all circumstances, irrespective of the timing or reason for cancellation.

Cancellation of Sponsorship: Once the Sponsor has committed to sponsorship and fees have been paid, no refunds will be issued, even if the Sponsor later elects to withdraw participation in any agreed-upon activities, programs, or events.

Unused Benefits: In the event that the Sponsor does not utilize any of the agreed-upon sponsorship benefits, no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be issued.

III. Cancellation by Sponsor

Notification: If the Sponsor desires to cancel their participation, written notification must be sent toStoke Mandeville FC though it will not result in a refund.

Marketing Activities: All marketing and promotional activities related to the Sponsor will cease upon receipt of written cancellation.

IV. Cancellation or Modification of Event

Event Changes: Stoke Mandeville FC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event (including format changes, such as moving to a virtual format) at its sole discretion.

No Refunds: Sponsor agrees that, in the event of cancellation or modification of the event, Sponsor fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Allocation:Stoke Mandeville FC reserves the right to allocate the sponsorship fees towards future events or alternate promotional activities, maintaining the Sponsor's benefits in alternative forms where possible.

V. Force Majeure

No Refunds: Even in the occurrence of events beyond the control of Stoke Mandeville FC that might necessitate changes, postponements, or cancellations (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.), no refunds will be provided.

Allocation: Stoke Mandeville FC may, at its discretion, allocate sponsorship fees and deliverables towards subsequent events or alternative promotional initiatives to maintain value for Sponsors.

VI. Acceptance of Terms

By remitting sponsorship fees to Stoke Mandeville FC the Sponsor acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this No Refund Sponsorship Policy.
